SMALL FILM CAPACITOR MEASUREMENT

Electrolytic capacitors provide cheap uF, but their sound quality is "usually" disappointing. 

Same as large film capacitors, we are getting cutting edge film capacitor technology from inverters (AC/DC converter, DC/AC converter, solar power...). Those inverter is getting higher frequency with better efficiency. It means capacitors need to be higher performance and affordable. There is no reason not using them for audio!
